Proof Revision Feedback Guidelines
In order to expedite the clay proof revision process and improve the accuracy of the corrections being requested, please consider the below feedback guidelines. TIP: Start with an ACTION VERB (e.g. make, remove, add, change, shorten, enlarge, etc) and be concise. If you refer to the left/right sides, please do it from your viewing perspective being in front of the screen.
CLAY PROOF FEEDBACK GUIDELINES
The main purpose of the clay proof revision phase is to make any adjustments you see necessary on the sculpted head and/or body in order to get to a closer resemblance if needed.
As you review the provided head/body clay proofs, please take into consideration that the nature of a bobblehead, unlike those of a figurine or bust, is that the features of the person being sculpted are exaggerated but yet keeping the likeness very obvious. On a bobblehead, the face and head features are not proportional to that of the body. By definition, it's more to the cartoonish side. A bobblehead is not intended to be a photographic replica of the person being sculpted.

FEEDBACK SAMPLE 1:
GOOD FEEDBACK: Remove double chin.
NOT SO GOOD FEEDBACK: For the last few months, my lovely aunt has been on a strict veggie diet and she's lost almost 45 lbs. She'd really appreciate it if those lost pounds were taken off of her double chin.

-
FEEDBACK SAMPLE 4:
GOOD FEEDBACK: Make the top lip fuller.
NOT SO GOOD FEEDBACK: Make the top lip look more like the picture I sent you. Those lips look nothing like hers.
COLOR PROOF FEEDBACK GUIDELINES
The main purpose of the color proof revision phase is to make any color tone adjustments you see necessary. Please note that all facial characteristics such as smile, front, side and back hair style, eye and mouth shapes, cheek and jaw lines have already been reviewed and approved during the previous phase of the design process. Upon receiving your last clay proof approval, the template molding and baking stages started. During this process, the material was simply hardened and no single facial and/or body feature has been modified. Throughout this final phase of the design process, please focus only on color tones, shading, overall finishing touches, logos and wording on the base or name tags if applicable.
